RETURN POLICY

Our return policy settles for 14 days. If it's been 14 days since your purchase was delivered, we're sorry, but we can't offer you a refund or exchange. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order for the refund to be valid, your item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for items purchased on sale, at a discounted price or with a coupon.

Cancellation/Change of Order: If you wish to cancel/change your order, you have 12 hours to do so. You must contact us immediately by email at support@bestfootwearcanada.com or through the contact page if you wish to cancel your order. After 12 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order as it has already been shipped.

Refunds for canceled orders will take between 1-5 business days, depending on your payment method. Refunds via PayPal are instant, while refunds for credit/debit cards can take a little longer. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address.

Returns/Cancelled Order Return: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@bestfootwearcanada.com within 14 days of receiving the product, with photos of the damaged items. After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a replacement product if available. If a replacement product is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item. Please contact support@bestfootwearcanada.com so we can provide you with our return address. After inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. You can also choose store credit if you wish, your choice.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees. The specific payment for the delivery company should be based on the selected express delivery company. If, for our reasons, the product received is excessive or incorrect and the consumer is not responsible for late or missing returns: If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages: bestfootwearcanada.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided. After investigation, bestfootwearcanada.com will confirm the delivery of the package to the address, delivery date, tracking information and shipping company information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges: We only exchange products if they are damaged or damaged.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping charges for the return of the item. Shipping fees are not paid. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
